Pattern Making
San Dee Impex has a team of dynamic designers who fiercely design revolutionary garments. The designers adopt the following procedure in pattern making to develop awe inspiring designs:
The final phase is the pattern making, wherein our designers combine the information of the aforementioned steps to make a pattern of the garment.
Cutting
Based on the pattern making, Fabric Cutting is the first stage in the actual manufacturing of the garments. Cutting demands a fair amount of precision. San Dee Impex has a well-equipped facility for the cutting of fabrics and related processes comprising curving and severing. The procedure includes:
- Precision: Cutting Personnel at San Dee Impex are expert in their respective tasks. They precisely cut fabrics strictly following the measurements mentioned in the pattern making.
- Edges: The cutting personnel ensure that fabric have clean edges, void of any fraying or uneven cutting.
- Consistency: The fabric is cut in such a way that there is consistency throughout the dimensions of the garment.
Merchandising
Our professional and qualified merchandisers are the bridge between our company and our valued clients to ensure quality products within the stipulated time frame. Specific teams are deputed for different accounts as per the requirement. The department is headed by the General Manager who holds the fort with his vast industrial and technical expertise.
Production
The sewing division at San Dee Impex is well equipped with most modern machinery which includes 200 state-of-the-art single needle of international standards, Double stitch, 5-thread over locks, Flat locks and a number of special operation machines which give every garment that perfect cut, corner & finish which it deserves. The company is fully capable to carry out the sewing process with precision. The company uses
real time system devices to calculate the efficiency of the workers which eventually increases their productivity.
Finishing
Finishing division at San Dee Impex is equipped with latest machinery along with trained personnel to provide perfectly finished products. The finishing process comprises variety of activities such as checking for protruding threads, stains, lining, borders, print, buttons and seam position. Our flawless products are the result of the extensive finishing mechanism. The finishing process is supported by following machineries:
- Fabric Checking Table
- GSM measuring
- Rubbing
- Seam strength checking
- Testing and colour matching lab
Packing & Logistic
San Dee Impex pays special attention to the packing of each garment. After final inspection, each garment goes through a needle detector test. Once it’s cleared, the garment goes for packing and finally to client.
We implements barcode system for the packing of all garments. The barcode system includes barcode label software and barcode printer. The company makes sure that the labels are readable when scanned and uses a standard barcode label for all garments.
